I had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem tucked away from the busy restaurant/bar strip. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, from the pool area to the common areas. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a complementary drink upon arrival. The location was convenient, with just a short walk down to the main strip. The views were stunning, and the pool area provided a relaxing spot to unwind. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the uphill walk from the beach and limited pool hours, I highly recommend Villa Boro 3. it was a great value and I would definitely stay here again.

The outdoor area was pristine, with comfortable sunbeds and a great little pool, perfect for relaxing and taking in the jaw-dropping views of the bay. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main promenade, tasty restaurants, and a supermarket. The entire area of Lapad was spotless and friendly, with an abundance of dining options and a beautiful boardwalk leading to the sea. Though there were stairs leading up to the villa, it was well worth the effort for the breathtaking views. we can't recommend this resort and accommodation enough. The owners were genuinely nice and helpful, the room size was generous, and there was even enough space to hang our clothes. The location was ideal for exploring, with easy access to both Old Town and the beach. The on-site pool was excellent, and the daily cleaning service was impeccable. While there was no breakfast provided, the nearby options were fantastic. The only slight downside was the number of steps to reach certain activities, but it wasn't a deal breaker as the overall experience more than made up for it. We were truly blown away by our stay and can't wait to return.

The location was perfect, with a short walk to Lapad Bay and a convenient bus station nearby. The hosts were welcoming and even greeted me with homemade cherry schnaps. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation.

There were a few minor inconveniences, such as a broken shower head and low water pressure. Some cleaning issues were noticed, like a coffee mug not being cleaned and welcome drink glasses left behind.

The modern and immaculate apartment instantly felt like home, with a super comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The stunning views and inviting pool area added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Matiya and her family's hospitality shone through, creating a positive and joyful atmosphere amongst all the guests. We were truly impressed by everything this hidden gem had to offer, from its prime location to the abundance of amenities, such as the private pool and ample sun loungers. We only wish we could have extended our stay! It's worth noting that there are a few stairs to climb for those breathtaking views, but it's well worth the effort.
